Old SV motors are becoming harder to find, at least from what the guys in the racing community tell me.

Also, the plans for this are to take the heads off, clean them, and set the valves. Possibly send it off to be ported and milled down . . . Lighter flywheel too.

good thing I need a newer motors. 07-10 is the range I need. twin plugs.
but I have to admit...I’m debating leaving the SV as a street bike.

I know this feel. Hope you’re not into it for bottom end stuff, but if so, good luck. Ain’t that bad, just lots of little fun.
